Who says classic rock doesn’t play still in America? Bon Jovi’s recent album, “This House Is Not for Sale,” is back atop the Billboard U.S. album chart.
“House” debuted at number one on the album chart when it was released a few months ago, in November of 2017. Now, thanks to it being coupled with a ticket package when fans bought tickets for Bon Jovi’s upcoming tour, it returned to the top of the charts, selling 120,000 copies last week.
Bon Jovi is officially inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland in April, so the band is riding high these days. Fences have been mended enough that former lead guitarist and fellow hearth throb Richie Sambora will likely play at the induction ceremony with the band, And Alex John Such is expected to attend and play during the reunion, too.
Bon Jovi plays Chicago’s United Center, Thursday, April 26.
