The Bears decided to go offense yesterday as they selected West Virginia Wide Out Kevin White with the seventh overall pick in the NFL Draft.
White had a spectacular senior season with 109 receptions and 1,447 receiving yards, for West Virginia. He's 6'3 and can go up and get the ball in traffic which is good because Jay Cutler has a habit of throwing into crowded places. White also fills the void left by Brandon Marshall, who was traded to the NY Jets in the off season. Check out White's Highlight reel at Chicagobears.com.
The Bears have many needs to fill in this years draft, most likely they will focus their remaining picks on defensive players as they were on of the worst defensive teams in the league last year.
Bear Down!
