Some sad news, Peoria Rock fans, as we head into the weekend. Singer and actor Meat Loaf has died at the age of 74. He passed away peacefully today with family and friends by his side. No cause was given. Best known for his power Rock ballads and the success of his ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ albums, he sold over 100 million albums world wide, and was also known for his acting chops as well. He acted in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Fight Club, and was in over 50 movies and TV shows total in his career. You know those big hit songs, “Paradise By The Dashboard Lights”, “Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad”, and others. He certainly will be missed.
