They’ve brought their “terrifying funk from beyond the grave” here several times now, and their legend and audiences continue to grow. Get ready for the most fun you’ll have at a show this summer when Here Come The Mummies returns for their second Peoria riverfront show on Friday night, June 29!
Tickets are on sale now through MonarchMusicHall.com, – those are the Bloomington music operators who took over the Limelight.

Last summer, HCTM simply blew away the riverfront crowd, playing ahead of KC and The Sunshine Band. I talked to many HCTM virgins who were getting their first dose, and they couldn’t believe how good and fun this band sounds. When I told them that they have Grammy Award-winning musicians underneath those mummy wraps… that they should learn the funny, double entrendre lyrics or they’re missing the full experience, they were mystified, as if they couldn’t imagine having had a better time already without all that extra stuff.
We previously initiated HCTM fans knew what to expect: Dynamite, up beat, rockin’ funk with a healthy portion of dirty humor. Original, undead, funk.
Since most of their fans learned of them from our Bob and Tom Show, we take pride in having them back again. See HCTM at the CEFCU Center Stage, Friday, June 29th, made possible by Inked Entertainment, Monarch Music Hall and 95.5,GLO, Peoria’s home for classic rock and comedy. Tickets are just $22 in advance, $25 the day of. Get ’em at monarchmusichall.com
