For the first time since his AC/DC departure last March due to his hearing loss, singer Brian Johnson was back on stage, albeit briefly.
Johnson jumped on stage at a Paul Rdogers show in England Sunday night. The two were then joined by the legendary Led Zeppelin lead singer Robert Plant to make for a tremendous trio of rock god vocalists.
Plant’s long been a friend of Rodgers, dating back to when Bad Company signed under the Zeppelin Swan Song Records label. And Plant was recently on Johnson’s UK TV show, “A Life on the Road,” so there’s the final tie in between the superstars.
During the Rodgers encore, the guys sany “Money,” the 1959 Barrett Strong classic that’s been covered by so many over the years. Take a listen.
