This week, 95.5 GLO is giving you a shot at winning one of two pairs of tickets to see the legendary Paul McCartney this summer, Saturday, August 13, at Busch Stadium in St. Louis.
My friends who’ve seen McCartney rave about the three hour show packed with some of the most recognizable and popular songs of our lifetimes, from The Beatles to Wings to his solo stuff. His One On One Tour stops into St. Louis this summer, 50 years after The Beatles played the original Busch Stadium on their final tour ever.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday morning at 10 a.m., but two lucky GLO listeners will win a pair of tickets in the 9 am hour this Friday – a win ’em before you can buy ’em contest, as we like to do here at GLO. Here’s how you can become one of just 12 qualifiers for the tickets to see Sir Paul.
- Listen Tuesday through Thursday. In the 8 am, noon, 3 pm and 5 pm hours, one of our D.J.’s will tell you when to call the studio line (676-95-95). When that happens be caller 9, and you’ll be one of just a dozen qualifiers.
- On Friday morning at 9:15 am and 9:45 am, Shelly will call a name from the qualifiers list. If it’s you, call the studio (676-95-95) ASAP. You’ll have 9 minutes and 55 seconds to call us to claim your tickets.
