This seem to keep getting worse for the Chicago Bears. Not only did they suffer and embarrassing 48-23 loss to Arizona yesterday but they also lost their starting QB Jay Cutler.
Cutler went down after throwing a pick 6 late in the first half. Right now the diagnosis is a hamstring injury but it’s unclear how long Cutler will be on the Sidelines.
Enter Jimmy Clausen who didn’t seem to fair much better against the Cardinals who put up 48 points on the Bears behind three touchdowns from future Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald. The fact that the Bears committed 14 penalties for a total of 170 yards didn’t help much either. FULL STATS HERE
As of now, it looks like Jimmy Clausen will be the starting quarterback when the Bears travel to Seattle for a tough match up against the Seahawks. Catch the game here on GLO Sunday. Kickoff is 3:25.
