Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour will release his fourth solo album on September 18, entitled, “Rattle That Lock.” To promote it, Gilmour will do four North American concerts in March and April of 2016 in New York, Toronto, Chicago and Los Angeles, his first lives shows here since 2006.
Chicago’s United Center will host his lone Midwest “David Gilmour Live 2016” tour stop on April 8 of next year. Tickets for the Chicago show go on sale Friday (July 17) at noon CST through this Ticketmaster LINK.
“Rattle That Lock” is Gilmour’s fourth solo LP, following his 2006 top-selling “On An Island” album. Gilmour’s longtime writing partner, Polly Samson, collaborates with him again. You’ll also be able to buy the first single, the title track, on Friday.
