Sometimes I need a scorecard to keep up with the giveaways on my afternoon show.  Sometimes I think I should dust off the gaudy pink or yellow sports coats I donned during my Morning Mix (WMBD-TV 31) days and just go all out Rod Roddy.

During today's show, for instance, I'll open up the 95.5 GLO South Side Bank ticket window many times.  I've got pairs of tickets to give away for the following events:  Illinois vs. Indiana football game Saturday, the Peoria Players presentation of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" Friday and Saturday night at midnight, and the Spook Hollow Haunted House in Marquette Heights this weekend.  Plus, during the Five O'Clock Free Ride, I'll give away another pair of tickets to see Jackass star Steve-O at the Jukebox Comedy Club this week.

Next week, I'll have more Illini football tickets to giveaway and I'll begin to give away pairs of tickets to see English classic rock band Uriah Heep at the Twisted Spoke Saloon in Tremont on Sunday, November 11.
