I took a nice little road trip to Le Claire, Iowa Saturday. I LOVE American Pickers and I have been wanting to see their shop since moving to Peoria in May. How fabulous that it's only about an hour away!??! I took a bunch of pictures like the little tourist nerd that I was. It was amazing how many items in the shop I remember from episodes I watched. The place was full of fellow A.P. geeks so it was great. The gal working the shop was telling everyone, "Mike and Frank are in California and Danielle doesn't work during business hours because she can't get anything done". 

Maybe next time I will go by in the middle of the night to see if I can catch a glimpse of one of them. And probably get thrown in jail for stalking. It will be my 5 minutes of fame.....
