After last nights re-election of Presidnet Obama, if you were watching MSNBC, you may have heard something very strange come out of news anchor Chirs Matthew's mouth. He said "I'm so glad we had that storm last week," refering to hurricane Sandy which ravished the eastern seaboard and left thousands with out homes or power and took 111 American lives.
Matthews went on to say that "the storm brought in possibilities for good politics." So "good politics" in his opinion is a storm that rips through the states of New Jersey and New York, destroys homes, ruins lives, and even kills people is "a possibility for good politics?" I'm sorry Mr. Matthews, no disaster such as hurricane Sandy is "good politics" or good for America in any way! Shame on you for touting death and distruction as "good politics!"
How someone in the media can say something like this on national television, and actually believe it, is absolutelly shocking. If this is his idea of "good politics" it's time to change the channel, for good!
