Congratulations to Matt Morrissey of Bartonville, who won our "Help me, Ronda" contest from Bremer Jewelry.  He and his wife, Jennifer, will be picking up a beautiful set of earrings, valued at $1,3000.

Matt was one of six finalists taken during the afternoon show the past week.  He was the fifth finalist and his number "5" was pulled from our entry box to win the contest.  Matt's encountered some tough luck on or around Valentine's Day the past decade or so.

Ten years ago this week, while he and Jennifer were planning their wedding, he was diagnosed the M.S.  Then, five years at this time, he underwent a double hernia surgery.  On Valentine's Day this year, he's having a foot prodecure done.  The Morrisseys have two young children that keep Jennifer plenty busy, and Matt works a second job to help financially assist his mother, so Jennifer keeps the home running smoothly without complaint.  Nice to see their luck reversed this Valentine's Day.
