12-12-12 looks to be an epic night for music and it's all for a good cause. Pearl Jam's singer Eddie Vedder and Dave Grohl of Foo Fights plan to join the 12-12-12 concert which will aid the Robin Hood Relief Fund in it's efforts for victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The show will take place December 12th in Madison Square. One night only, the mind-blowing line up already includes Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, The Who, Roger Waters and more. 

This multi-genre concert will donate all proceeds to the Sandy victims. It's always nice to see artists get into the spirt of giving- donating their time and talent to those in need.
