There was a little bit of magic in Bartonville this morning when a plane carrying magician David Copperfield had to make and emergency landing.

It happened around 2:30 a.m this morning when his plane had to land at Byerly Aviation in Bartonville. He was on his way to a taping of the Today Show, when his plane had some troubles.

"We made a emergency landing here in Peoria on the way to do the Today Show. "We were up in a private plane flying to New York and we heard this sound at 37,000 feet and it was very frightening for us, so we decided to land. we spiral landed in slowly and we are right here."
