Here's some good news Bears fans. Jay Cutler says the stiff neck that forced him out of last Sunday's game against the Vikings should not keep him from starting this Sunday against the Packers.
"It was just that one shot," Cutler said. "It snapped my neck back. I was getting spasms. I wasn't going to help anybody being out there."
Cutler had to Leave the game with about three minutes left after a nasty hit. Jason Campbell came in and lead the team to a touchdown, but it was too late in the game to make a difference. This weekend is a crucial game against the Packers. A loss could severely hurt the Bears playoff chances.
"One win can always turn a season around," Cutler said. "It gets you hot at the right time. We've just got to put all our energy this week into preparing for the Pack and get ready for a tough game."
