Sunday at noon the Bears and Vikings kick off another round in their long rivalry, just two weeks after they met in Chicago. The first place Bears are 8-4, still tied for first in the division with Green Bay, but the Bears are battling the injury bug. All Pro linebacker Brian Urlacher will sit out the rest of the regular season with a hamstring injury, and safety Tim Jennings has been ruled out of the game due to a shoulder injury. Jennings leads the NFL with 8 interceptions this season, so that's two huge losses for the valiant, aging Bears' defense.
Chicago should get Devin Hester and rookie receiver Alshon Jeffery back from the injury list. Gonna be a tough game for the Bears to win against the NFL's leading rusher Adrian Peterson and company at the dome in Minneapolis. Two weeks ago, the Bears D stuffed Peterson and forced early turnovers to take the leadquickly, effectively making Christian Ponder have to pass the ball. Doubt the Vikes will under-utilize the game's best runner again.
