Everyone remembers the Columbine school shooting, now almost 20 years ago.  In today’s world, the phrase, “active shooter,” has become a too frequent part of the news cycle. We can’t dismiss the probability of violence ever happening at our schools, organizations, work places, churches, etc. The risk for such a crisis is increasing.

To that end, attend “Columbine: Leadership Lessons Learned,” Tuesday, March 26, 1-4 pm at the ICC Performing Arts Center. You’ll hear from the former Columbine High School Principal, Frank DeAngelis. DeAngelis was there in 1999 at the mass shooting, and he led the community through the horrific event. His honest, straight-forward account provides invaluable lessons in crisis management, communication, conflict resolution and motivation.

We’re also giving a pair of tickets away through our Classic Rewards program here at 955glo.com    It’s free to enter, just listen throughout the day to earn points and use them on drawings for free prizes.
