Last weekend, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the release of Led Zeppelin’s debut album, Zeppelin I. This weekend, the celebration continues with our popular Get The Led Out Block Party Weekend!
We started at noon Friday and we’ll be tearing thru the Zeppelin catalog til Sunday night at 9 O’Clock, you’ll hear three and four-song blocks from the Mighty Zep at the top of every hour. And after that, we’ll roll out “usual” block party tunes – chunks of songs back to back from your favorite classic rock bands.
It’s a great way to enjoy a winter weekend with the songs of your youth playing you through the weekend. And don’t forget to get your tickets for the annual tremendous tribute to the Hammer of the Gods, when “The American Led Zeppelin,” Get The Led Out, returns to play the Peoria Civic Center Theater on Friday, February 22.
