Judas Priest Riding High For April 8 Show In Bloomington

Judas Priest is riding high after scoring its highest debut on the Billboard 200 album chart with their new album, Firepower. Firepower came in as the 5th top seller last week on the album charts, an impressive debut  for the band that’s been cranking metal for almost 50 years.

This time around, the band’s without veteran guitarist Glenn Tipton, who’s unable to tour due to Parkinson’s. But Glenn did play a few encore songs with the band last week in New Jersey.

Judas Priest rocked the Peoria Civic Center back in November of 2015 in front of about 6,000 metal heads. They’ve not played Blo-No in 39 years since playing on the ISU campus, so don’t miss them this time around.
